How do I see my orders?
Sign in to the website. Once you are signed in you will see a 'View my details' link under the
sign-in box. Click on that.
You will see a new menu on the left hand side, entitled 'Administration', where you have an option for
My Order History. On here by details you will see all orders placed within the last month, you can change
the drop down menus at the top to change the start and end dates for range of order you would like to see.
This displays all orders on our system for your account regardless if they were placed on the website or through
the call centre.
How do I see details about the order?
When you can see the order you would like to see more information about click on the view button,
this will take you into a screen which gives all of the items within this order.
Can I place an order for exactly the same items as I ordered before?
When looking at an order on the system against each item in the order there is a link to add this item
to the trolley and there is also a link to add all items from this order to the trolley.
